I will never cut that mast
If I will like to reduce the height over the top of the tower, will move the
rotor plate a few feet below
to solve the problem
but if really is needed will secure the top part first with a gin pole ,
clamps and rope, add some tension
and will use a a reciprocal saw with the right saw blade (many small teeth)for
the job, maybe also carry one spare just in case
13-15 amps reciprocal saw will be recommended

wheel?). I can run 120 VAC (about 200 ft extension cord) up the tower if
needed.
What would be the optimum method for cutting this mast without excessive
tower time? Thanks in advance for any responses.
