Actually, while my notes say 17" leg to leg, I also have a measurement 
of 1.485 inches on a caliper placed on some of the non-rusted portion of 
the leg. Maybe it is Rohn 55 (1-1/2 tube) and not Rohn 45 (1-1/4 tube)?
