If you live in an area with freezing temps, a collar to keep water out 
of the tube so it won't freeze up.

##  For those of you  with a mast sticking out of the top of the tower,  you 
might want to
cap off the top of your mast.   This stops rain water from going down the 
inside of the mast. 
DX engineering  sells black, non uv type, pliable caps to fit a 2 inch od 
mast..and also...I think,
a 3 inch mast.  You can also add a cone shaped collar to go on the outside of 
the mast, big in diam
at the base, to stop water hitting the rotor.  Home depot and plumbing stores 
sells a 2 inch to 
I think 4-6 inch adaptor, rubber, that can easily be used for this application.
