Norman,

So you say you got a bunch of elements that you believe are not correct.
(whether it's 6, 10 or 20 doesn't matter) and you paid some ~$700 for this
antenna, correct?

Whether I (or anyone) even believes your measurements are accurate doesn't
matter. YOU believe you got all (or most, or some) of the wrong parts.
(whether it's a design flaw, a diagram typo(s) or poor QC is not really the
issue.

You are convinced the elements are mostly (or partially) wrong. Fair
enough.

I believe one poster noticed when he went over your picture and measurements
and compared them to the diagram more elements lined up than (perhaps) you
first saw. I would also say "fair enough".

When you called M2 on the phone and calmly said you got some/all/most of the
wrong elements, they said (I'm paraphrasing on your behalf) "tough sh!t" ?
(really?!?!?! it was that cut and dry? Really?)

Did you try to work out something with them?

Something doesn't add up. It's a small market. Companies want repeat
business and glowing reviews. This smacks of quite the opposite.

Most responsible companies would've either had you immediately box up and
send it back for a replacement

or possibly, if you knew exactly which elements were incorrect/wrong, sent
you the replacements. Some companies would've just refunded your money I
guess.

Nobody wants bad PR like you've generated here. Not even a fairly
well-to-do company like M2.

Is there more to your story that you are perhaps not sharing?

Like, what exactly was said during this phone call? I have to think
something might be missing.

I don't know you, nor would I presume to know what transpired during this
call, but it's a gut feeling the whole story is just not being presented as
it transpired.

Or , you know what.maybe they WANT to go out of business>!>? (but I don't
most companies would want that) (hi)

Look, I hope you get it resolved. I get you are upset and I can appreciate
that you may not get the outcome you were hoping for, but seems this thread
has revealed much about the 432 antenna but not all.
