It appears the center conductor on 304 is 1.5mm = .059 inch = 14.5
gauge wire.
The center conductor consist of silver plated steel ! Solid too, not
stranded.
Never heard of silver plated steel being used b4.

Silver plated stainless steel is used for cryogenic applications: low thermal conductivity.

Cable TV coax is copper plated steel.

One would want to know the thickness of the plating: at microwave frequencies, it's probably > skin depth, but at HF (10MHz), skin depth in copper is about 20 microns, silver will be slightly shallower (goes as sqrt of resistivity)
