Since you're looking at AN Wireless I am assuming that you want a self
supporting tower. Have you looked at Rohn SSV or PiRod/Valmont towers?

John

## another option is the new ...super titan weld...made by trylon.
These are self support towers, come in 10 foot sections, and use solid
legs, with flange plates. Built like a dump truck. All welded.

## another option is their ...super titan kd...and also their super titan max.

https://www.trylon.com/products/stocked_towers.aspx

## I have seen all 3 of em, used commercially, designed for extreme
high wind loads, and also severe ice loading on top of the wind.

## U can download either the usa / canadian version of their catalogs,
which will do either Rev G or the metric eq. In canada they go by pressure
for towers these days, and not windspeed.

## another option as mentioned b4 is a UST HDX-589..or the even stronger
HDX-689. Then either fully nest it, or partially nest it during higher winds.
UST also offers a handcrank device to go over the large pulley, so the tower can
be lowered if commercial AC power has gone dead. large pulley is belt driven
to the
small pulley on the 1 hp motor. You can turn the large 14 inch diam pulley by
hand, very easily.
The 14 inch pulley in turn drives one end of the massive gear redux box.
Output of gear redux box
chain drives the big drum. 6 inch double sprocket on drum end..and 3 inch
double sprocket on
output of the gear box. You can also use a cordless drill to spin the 14
inch pulley.

## another option is UPS power... in case u lose commercial AC power.

## If u do get a HDX-589 /689.... get it equipped for a 2.875 or 3.00 inch
OD mast.
