I too have a Davis Weather Station; the wireless Vantage Pro2 (I think it's
#6152)I run full legal power or less and have the outside part of the unit
mounted on mytower.   The Anemometer is just below my big SteppIR (which I use
99% of the time)and the Rain Gauge with UHF TX  & it's Solar Panel down the
tower (usually) about20' below the top of the tower.   The display unit sits in
my Shack just beside the rest of my equipment.    In over 2 years of operation,
I have notice/experiencedNO RFI issues whatsoever....  OF course, YMMV...

I?m running a Davis Instruments 6250 Vantage Vue Wireless Weather Station.  The
Sensors are located about 40 feet (obliquely) off the end of an 80 meter
inverted-V.  The Console is located about 70 feet from a 40? vertical.  I run
1.5 KW and the weather station does not seem to notice my activities.  Been in
place about 2 years now..
