John is right. But the issue is not about a personal attack - it's one
of specialization. The typical real-estate agent is like a GP where
K1VR and the few other guys in that field are the knee replacement
surgery specialists.
If you are buying a property specifically so you can put up a tower,
then bite the bullet and get a specialist to cover your interest. It can
be an exceptionally expensive learning experience to discover after you
have closed that something was missed. "Oh, yea, hea Joe I just wanted
to let you know that there is one restriction on that antenna thing you
were worrying about that popped up today - sure wish we had known about
before closing so wanted to see what you would like to do..."
