Response from Justin has been slow lately. I asked for a tweak of one of his
antennas - change in element size- over a month ago and have received nothing
back, not even an acknowledgement of my request. Obviously he is very busy. In
the past his response was almost instantaneous. If anyone has better luck
please post here.

Before you shortchange yourself, take a look at Dan's website
(ac6la.com<http://ac6la.com>) and
see some of his work and perhaps consider adding his excellent AutoEZ adjunct to
EZNEC and do your own modeling.
That said, it could be that your designs will require NEC4, ($$$) in which case
hiring someone might make sense. Don't ask me who however.
