[TowerTalk] grounding a rotating tower

I am in the process of a rotating tower project using one of the rotating bases 
from the K4JA station. My question is what is the best way to ground the tower? 
Just ground the rotating base enclosure or use some type of braid from each leg 
with enough room for the tower to rotate?
