At a minimum, bond at the top of the tower, near the bottom of the tower at
a point above where the vertical cable run makes a bend to transition to a
horizontal run en route to the building, and again at the point of entry.
In most installations, the latter is directly bonded to, or actually is, the
station's common-point ground which the lightning arrestors are also be
bonded to.
