Almost any larger nut and bolt store or hardware stop can order 10ft
lengths or harden steel thread stock at most diameters required. You also
want to order 9 nuts and 9 washers.
Have the thread stock cut in 3 equal lengths. One nut and washer gones on
the bottom, used as an anchor in the concrete. The other nuts and washers
are on top to level and secure the tower.
