Byron - see if you have a local Fastenal or Grainger type store. They
should have what you need.

I'd think the "2-3/8" part isn't critical. 2-1/2" should be fine on the
5/16" bolts as well.

You might consider using stainless hardware and use nylock nuts. Just a
thought.
