When doing the pre-stretching, the wire ALWAYS breaks at one end or the
other. We've done this at least ten times. (That is, with 3-4 spools,
which I think were 1,000 ft).
Probably because however you attach it to the end point increases the
local stress (twisting, bending, what have you)
