Locally at least here in Central Texas while there are many, i use Midco Sling, as has been said take your cable/s in and pick up later or next day. They will also 'proof' test it, meaning after it is assembled they grasp the cable and the 'end' and do a tug test to be sure it is crimped and holds to a multiple of some factor 2-3 times rated factor.

What has not been said is don't just go ripping the cable out of your tower and "think" you can put it back together again.  Use some pull or guide rope and hook it to the cable/s and let it follow the real cable out, thus when you put the new replacement cable back in, it is in the place and correct.

Should be a no brainer. and best of all very reasonable cost, you will be near shocked at this price V. UST or others from the manufacture.

I'd suggest google : wire rope your town or area. and get after it

Looking for someone or some company who makes replacement cable assemblies for HG-52SS Towers.

MFJ which took over the Hygain line now only carries the tower base.

I am dropping my tower next month for repairs and I would like to change out the 25 year old cable assemblies.
