I've been following this subject as I need 4 each of the 3.5" sheaves so
I can finish up a TRX-80HD tower raising setup.
I have an HDX-589 and purchased it used, unfortunately it did not come
with the raising setup.
I'm filling out the on line custom order form on isheaves.com.
They are asking what type aluminum. Should I go with 6061-T6 or 7075-T6
aircraft grade.

Considering my age and tower needs plus raising fixture i think i will
order 12 or so, and my words not have to run this trap ever again, i
have lost count how many my tower { UST-589 } needs/uses but its a few.
My technology here is i know when a bearing is bad because the small
aluminum filings pile up as the cable pass's across the sheave and
drags a new rut in the original groove that is not turning or most
often frozen in place...
