After your email I re-read the payment instructions again and I agree with you.
I missed that - Thank you for your correction – US customers are allowed to
use Visa/Mastercard.
However, given that there is no phone number to call to speak with someone
about ordering/customer service, and that returns are subject to their prior
approval and that they are subject to a 20% restocking fee, I will do business
elsewhere.

That is incorrect. If you have a card issued by a bank outside US you
have to use PayPal but if you have a Mastercard or Visa issued by a US
Bank, you can use that. You did not read the payment part of the
checkout process correctly.
