Back in the day, I’d take a couple turns around the reflector and couple it 
loosely to a grid dip meter.

Can’t imagine a few turns around the center of your reflector and hitting time 
delay on your analyzer so you can get your hands out of the way wouldn’t answer 
your query.

Not quite enough info in your post to be more specific, like what kind of 
analyzer?
