I have an old ( O L D ) Mirage/KLM 2mtr preamp on my tower that required 12v
sent up the coax to power the unit. This is a flat black aluminum
enclosure/box that attached vertically to the mast with two 'U' clamps and both
input and output coax connections exited the bottom of the unit. Does anyone
have any documentation on this line of preamps? I have an identical one around
for 440. I want to know the throughput power capability and whether these were
required to have sequencers used to protect the device, and if not what is the
max power allowed without sequencing or ordinary rf switching? Any help is
