Welcome to the Solar, Space & Geomagnetic Weather Plus LF/MF/HF/VHF/UHF Frequency Radiowave Propagation email reflector. Boy that's a long name isn't it?!
When you sign up please enter your first name as well as your callsign. If you are an SWL please enter your first and last name.
This email reflector has been created as a vehicle for hams and SWL's to be able to ask questions about and become better educated concerning solar, space and geomagnetic weather as well as radiowave propagation.
Discussions concerning propagation modes in the troposphere, where all terrestrial weather occurs, such as ducting via temperature inversions, etc is also acceptable.
Posts on any topic that involves the above, as well as radiowave propagation from DC to daylight is welcome. Also remember no question is a dumb question.
This email reflector has two basic rules:
1.) Please stay on topic, which is anything to do with solar, space and geomagnetic weather and radiowave propagation.
2.) Please no flaming or arguments.
I have extensive education in and forecast experience concerning solar, space and geomagnetic weather as well as radiowave propagation. However I still do not know everything about this diverse subject. So I want everyone to feel free to answer questions put forth by the membership. That is of course if you know the answer.
