I bagged it Saturday night when at 0530 I looked up at the computer and saw
QSO's from the 0400 hour in the last 6 QSO's still on the screen, and not
one was a mult. Friday night was horrible. Saturday night was worse.
SaturDAY showed a small run of Europeans on 15M that I wouldn't have
bothered with had 20M not been such a blood bath. Overall... The worst
contesting experience I can remember. I think I'll limit my SSB activities
to CQWW and bag the rest.

Highlights:

-Nothing broke
-I'm still trying to think of some.

Lowlights:

-Monsoon that seems to be camped out over Atlanta since Thursday.

-Wasting a day off for this crap.

-Second night expecting quiter and better conditions. Ya right.

-Getting run off of frequencies on 20M by NE stations during European time
and when the JA's finally arrive... Five minutes of running JA's and
suddenly someONE is telling me it's been HIS frequency since 1600Z. Name
calling ensues and threats of retaliation the next day among other comments.
I'm still working JA's through him. Now had this chain of events been
reversed during European time, I would have been moving. Not that I'm
without fault. I did the same thing to a K5XI operator last year under the
same circumstances. Guess I learned my lesson. :)

73 & see you in WPX CW.
