Great conditions Friday night and Saturday daytime. Surprised Sunday wasn't
as good - 15 never really opened to Europe. Heard WL7E just after our
sunrise on 15 meters. I wonder if the sporadic E propagation on six meters
was related to the downturn in 15 meter propagation. We worked a few
Europeans on 10 meters but all were scatter contacts with the beam to the
southeast.
The holiday weekend made it tough finding operators this year. Most of the
time we had three people or fewer so there was plenty of operating time to
spread around!
