[3830] Update your CQWW.CTY! (CT98 is not Madeira)

Hi!

For WPX (and others) contest, at least if you are from Europe or 
Africa, remember to update your CT's CQWW.CTY file.
There was several CT98s and CS98s QRV. In old CQWW.CTY they count as 
Madeira. Simply add to CTY's country line prefixes:
 CT98,CS98,CQ98,CR98

If you don't use PCs much, the best solution is to use DOS's EDIT 
-programme or any simple Text Editor as WordPad etc.
