SCORE  660,968  new mm record Qs, score


SOAP:  Much improved 10m conditions (including a dozen EU) made for a 18%
increase in QSOs (15% in score) over last year, but fewer EU on 15, 20, 40
compared to '97. Low band QRN reduced totals, but we still made reasonable
numbers.  Still room for another 15% jump next year.  Thanks for your
