Comments: After a trip to Ft. Myers, I returned about 3:30PM and over the
course of the next 8 hours I casually came back to the radio and operated.
The usual KR4YL S&P CW method. Worked KL7RA on 10m even. That was cool.

Then came the rain and storms that kept me off for a while. Afterwards 40M
wasn't too bad then as everyone shifted to 80m it was big time static (s9++)
but I worked a few. Got the G5RV to tune up on 160 but the static was even
worse so at about 12:15AM I went to bed (I was tired as I got up at 7:00
AM...)

I Hope SSB is better. I have no Saturday plans next week.

For the majority of the contest I had my radio at 5w just for the heck of
it. I worked everyone I called. When I went to 80 I went back to 100w.

73,
Paul
