     Comments:  10m had a good short E's to the northeast at the beginning
of the contest.  Worked a few 1's, 2's and 3's all with good signals but
little activity.  Where they all on 15m? Mostly long stuff and very little
scatter.  15m beam crapped out again after only 45 min on the band. Can't
find the problem! Intermittent problems are tough.  Biggest improvement was
my new 160 antenna.  70' top loaded vertical with 4 elevated radials (with
more to come).
