[3830] HR6/W5WW SOAB LP ARRL DX Phone Claimed Score

This was my first single op, all band effort. Well all I can say is "10
meters is AWESOME!". The first day was pretty good, but come Sunday
afternoon with the band conditions, 10 meters was a bottomless pit for
about 5 to 6 hours. Thanks to everyone in the state of Ohio with a 2X3
call that worked me. I must have talked to every novice that was
licensed.

Went down to HR6 trying to get over the flu, and rather conservative
expectations. Hell I did not even check to see what sort of score would
be good. Arrived Wednesday evening, went diving on Thursday, spend
Friday getting the inverted-L for 160 going.

Spent Friday and some of Saturday trying not to kick the VOX off with my
coughing. Sunday my tongue was sore from saying HR6/W5WW about a
million times. I apologize to all of those who asked what my call was,
but I dog tired of saying it and I could not push the voice keyer button
enough.

Thanks to all the guys who worked my puny signal on 160 meters, it was
good to get out on Saturday/Sunday night. And to all who worked me on 5
and 6 bands. It was a total blast!
