Was only able to get on for a couple of hours Saturday.
This is always an interesting contest from Idaho as
10 and 15M skips right over us, or over Cal depending
on which way you are thinking. You can hear stations
on backscatter, but working them is real tough with
100W and a few pieces of wire. On 20M you can work the
big guns, which pretty much makes this a 40/80/160
contest from here. (I am sure several states back east
feel the same way about the PA QSO Party.) Since I
don't have an antenna for 80 and 160 here at home
this made it a 40M event. Though, had some fun, made
a few runs, and gave out the Idaho mult to several.
