Antenna's: Carolina windom @ 30' and 160M dipole at 30'
Equipment: TS940

Comments: I set up my PaQSO Party portable site a week early so I could
use the CQP as a test run. Obviously the low wire antennas don't perform
as well to the "left" coast as (I hope) they will within 500 miles or so.
I think
I need to put up a 20M wire dipole for this weekend if I want to get the
west
coast mults; the 160M dipole heard better on 10 and 15 than the Windom
did. Sleeping through whatever 80M opening might have occurred
was not smart. I might have cracked 70k had I not done that. Haven't
checked
past years, but almost certain this is a new personal best. Also, 57
counties is a personal best. Usually miss 2 or 3. Not certain, but don't
think I've ever worked Glen(n?) county in the CQP.
