Comments:

Great contest! I decided to use packet to chase down some states that I
need
for my 5BWAS-RTTY. I was more interested in completing that than trying to come
up with a big score. I need AK on 80 and 40, DE on 20 and 15, and DE and GA on
10. I made sure to check for AK on 80 and 40 at my sunrise but none were there.
Conditions were very good on 80 and 40 at my sunrise (and in the evening).
I worked all states in the contest except GA and RI! Was I really the only
RI station on? If you worked someone else I'd be curious as to who, e-mail me.
I have already sent in my log to the League, imported my log into Logger
and
BV6 (the best qsl'ing program), and have sent for eQSL's for the states I
worked this weekend and replied to some requests for eQSL's (
http://www.eqsl/cc ). I wish more people would use the eQSL service and I don't
understand why more people in rare states don't use it. It's very simple to use
and you can upload your whole log if you don't don't want to deal with qsl's
individually. I know that eQSL's don't count toward league sponsored awards but
I'm doing 5BWAS-RTTY for the hell of it and eqsl's are the easy (and cheaper)
way to do it.
I worked the A5 for a new RTTY country. I didn't chase many packet spots
because the runs were too good and didn't want to leave my freq. to come back
to a freq. fight. I only used 1 radio.
Thanks to everyone for the q's and congrats to K5ZD and AA5AU on their big
scores. C U in the NAQP CW contest next weekend. I'll be in there with my
limited antennas. Gee, I wonder if anyone else will be on from RI?! ;)

     73, Jeff K1AM
