Comments:

- Taking a break from multi-op and getting back to single op efforts.
It's been 7 years since my last serious SOAB effort...too long out
  of the chair.

- Had a blast...thanks to Randy for letting me use his fine station.
Conditions were incredible across all bands.

- SO2R is fun...need to learn to work the 2nd radio much harder. Down
on mults and I felt I was tuning a lot on the second radio but lost
some of my motivation in the middle of the contest.

- First time with a serious SO2R setup...highly recommend Top Ten
  Devices' DX Doubler box...worked flawlessly.
  See it at: http://www.qth.com/topten/

- Need to work on sleep strategy. Off from 02-07Z Sunday morning.
When conditions are this good there's little time for sleep.
Shouldn't have allowed myself to lie down. At least I got up before
the really high rate hours. No alarm clock, just the built-in one.
That was a mistake and I just got lucky this time. I had the
alarms, I was just too wacked out to set them.

- I used to think the Sprint was the toughest nut to crack. 48 hour
SOAB might be tougher. Different reasons, though. :-) 48 hour DX
contests are a real endurance test. Luckily, I'm in much better
physical condition than the last time I tried this. Getting really
good at this takes a lot of practice. And the will to stay up for
  close to 48. :-)
