Comments:

One day I'll have some real antennas and hopefully make my goal of 275 Q's low
power. A vertical on 20 meters makes it rough going at the start. My rate
actually got better after 45 minutes or so when the rampaging herd began to thin
out. N2RM (N2NC) gets the best ears award for hearing the stealth 80 meter N4OX
antenna (inverted vee with apex at 18 feet with one end at 3 1/2 feet and the
other at 8 feet). He was the only contact north of the Mason Dixon line. It
always amazes me how I can make 200 or so contacts and miss the top ten boys on
one or more bands: no N6TR on 20 meters. Heard Tree several times, but got
beaten out EVERY time I called him. Great fun as usual.
