[3830] CAQP summaries

Hello All

First blush of the CAQP summary would seem to indicate
that many may have not selected the correct location
(In/Out of State ) As such, you may find your posted
score listed as Californian.

Please just resubmit using the same form and select 
the correct drop-down choice. When you click on
submit, it'll ask if you want to repost or just
update the database.
