Comments:  My apologies to the TCG STRIKERS. This appeared to be the #1 TCG
team. I told NY4N I would be good for about 8 hours and didn't operate anywhere
close to that.  I still am having trouble getting my DX Doubler to work right on
SSB.  I was so frustrated that I spent the $$$ in Dayton to buy the pre-made
cables. It appears the cable they gave me was not wired for a Kenwood so I had
to cut off the mic plug and wire it right .  I had also bought the generic one
to wire for my IC756PRO so had to wire that as well. The audio still sounds bad
on the Kenwood when I am plugged into the DX Doubler, so I don't know if there
is RF getting into it or what.
 
      I also have an interminent problem with my TS850S and the radio would shut
off all the time. There appears to be an ALC problem with it. I think it might
be the with the DC-DC board failure ( common problem that N6TR has on his
webpage.)  After all these problems and the crummy conditions I quit after the
1st 1/2 hour. Got back on for a couple hours later on.
