Comments:

I tried to find a balance between searching for DX (Europe) and low value North
America contacts.  Observing the DX window is essential.  Otherwise, this
contest will turn into a sigle band Sweepstakes like ARRL 160.  I saw none of
the obnoxious lack of courtesy evident in the ARRL contest.  Xmas spirit maybe?
