Comments:

Most mults yet, but was very disappointed in the first 4 min. I have the common
problem that I make NO Q's in the first 3 or 4 minutes, lose out on every
pile-up. My sig must have been sort of weak, lots of CQs went unanswered tonight
and I then QSY to call someone else. I was having lots of trouble being heard on
20 M, I think there was more activity (which hurts a little pistol in the
pile-ups).

I think I am getting spoiled, still have not passed the 30 QSO mark and I am
getting annoyed with myself. What is GREAT with this weekly contest is that I am
getting to where I know the calls from the names and I think vice versa. I think
I am getting returns cuz' someone recognizes "STX' or "TX' even if they miss the
K3. Now I know why it is so important to be active, active, active so your call
is familiar to others and is easy to pick out of pile-up.

In some ways, it will be nice to have a little more than 4 kc when we have the
real Sprints.

Thanks for the Q's and see ya'll next weekend.

RIG: Kenwood TS-850S
ANT: 100'-long dipole up 60' for 20M; elevated vertical for 40 M
