Comments:

Tried 40m first, but didn't seem like anybody was home.  Noisy and just a
few signals on the band.
Tried 80m and found some local (CA) activity, and tried CQing there. It wasn't
a really good idea at QRP in these noisy conditions, although my first reply 
came from WA.  I did squeeze out 5 Qs on 80 then dropped to 160 for the last 
5 minutes.  Worked one station there.
I wonder if I can get my 160m vertical tuned on 80.  Gotta look into that.
