Comments:

My first experience with extremely low humidity and persistent wind during the
ARRL CW. On Friday and Saturday the temperature was in the 20's and low 30's
with a dew point near 0 deg F, with a strong east wind. The result was QRN like
I have never heard here before.  Must be a lot of loose pole hardware with all
the wind we have had in recent weeks.  Things finally quieted down on Sunday
when the wind stopped and higher humidity returned.  Good 20 meter conditions. 
Would have been fun except for the high noise level.
