Comments:

Another fun ride around WI while playing in a Ham Radio contest.  Propagation
reduced the number of contacts (from last year) and the rain noise the last hour
added to the lower QSO count.  The propagation also reduced the number of DX
QSOs, but CU2JT still had a good signal.  Again,  Murphy did not find us and the
equipment all worked fine.
