Again the skip changes, noise was down, fun as usual. Had several back-to 
back QSOs (on another band) - W9RE, N9CK, KQ7W....  80m is now quieting 
down and prop. building, 20m skip going away.  Add 160m into the mix in two 
weeks, when we warm up for CQP.

Next week we continue with NS rules.  Dupes OK with one intervening Q,
back-to-back QSOs on another band OK, mults count on all three bands,....

Since the NS ladder competition ended, we will have different rules each week:
Before major events (NA QSO, NA SPRINT, CQP, SS...), we'll use their 
official rules as a warmup for the weekend.
In between major events, we use NS rules to promote SO2R practice, and 
provide a weekly 30 minute contesting frenzy.
