Good afternoon, Sorry, but at this time, the DXCC Desk (NC1L) do not 
approved FJ as a new country. The request was be send in November by FJ5DX 
(President of Association Radio-amateurs of St Barth) If the new statut will 
be approuved by DXCC Desk, the official starting date is JULY 15 2007. Best
