Comments:

The lack of good short skip condx on 15/10m and the failure of 15 meters antenna
relay (I had to work with 17m antenna instead of 4 el quad)resulted  180 QSO's
less than last year on that bands. Lower bands were a bit better so I managed
to finish -85 QSO's at all comparing 2007.
