Comments:

I decided on Saturday to get on and give out the P4 multiplier, so I started
laying out some radials under the vertical and loading it for top band. I only
installed about half of the radials and I never had time to install a receive
antenna.  There is a lot of US activity, making it hard for weaker DX station
to find a clear spot.  I could not get a good run going and after 1 1/2 hours I
decided to watch TV instead.
