Comments:

I was trying to beat last year's effort of 31 QSOs, but it was not to be. 
Actually, with the conditions as bad as they are, I was surprised to hear any
French stations at all.  It also helped to work Martinique and French Polynesia
in the last 10 minutes.  Hopefully, the only way the propagation can go is to
get better, so I expect at least 32 QSOs next year!
