Many thanks to all for the contacts. 40M CW on Saturday evening was a true test
of the K3....simply the best. Kudos to Clive, GM3POI for my one 80M contact.
Knowing
that he has a superior receiving setup for 160M, I hoped that he could hear me
running only 50 watts to my Cushcraft R8 (no 80M antenna up here until after
hurricane season ends) Thanks Clive.
