Comments:

Picked up a few VA while doing the RUDX contest. Didn't seem to be much activity
but that's hard to tell since the bands were so lousy. Probably never would have
heard the mobiles. While S&Ping, I'd work what ever VA stations I came across
and hand out WA to them. Nice to hear Riley K4ORD.
