Comments:

This was my firs NEQP and I must say I was thrown by the way N1MM combined the
county and state.  I hope this is acceptable to the judges or I just wasted 4
hours.  This wasn't a big effort but it managed to take my mind off a sore back
for a little while.  

The condx were not great, but I didn't expect to hear that much anyway - given
the lack of sunspots and getting towards summer time propagation.  Running 100W
was also more challenging than running high power.  And I was glad to give a VE6
mult to those who needed it.
