Comments:

Did not plan on operating much. Took down the SteppIR in October which left me
with an 80m horiz loop to use for 10m. Managed to work into CO, CT, FL, IL, MS,
SD, TX, VA, WI. I did notice no one (I could hear) was working the contest from
the Tech portion of the CW band, just high speed CW from 28.025-28.050. Not
very neighborly if you want more CW ops. Just my .02.
