So where was WY? Were they not allowed to participate? :) I worked WAS except
for WY.

I checked 10m on regular intervals, and called quite a few times. Alas no
meaningful opening. My only QSO on 10m was with LU8ADX. I wonder if folks just
assume these days that ten meters is closed rather than checking it.
