Comments:

Bert, VE3OBU and I did a winter trek to the Kennisis Lake cottage in
Haliburton, Ontario, some snow on the way and -30C temps the first night. We
laid out an inverted L subsequently adding more radials last fall. Low noise
and a better antenna made the difference.
